2023.2024 Program Policies

FOR PURPOSES OF THIS DOCUMENT:

  • “TWS” refers to The Whilde School.
  • “Student” refers to the Child The Whilde School is entrusted to work within an Academic manner.
  • “Parent” refers to either the Student’s Parent(s) or the Student's Legal Guardian(s).

At TWS, the OUR HOUSE Homeschool Program is when TWS is responsible for all or most of the Student’s academics teachings and, provided the Student has upheld their Academic responsibilities, has agreed to sign off on the Student’s academic achievements to the State of which the Student resides.

PARENT must submit the Letter of Intent form to their State and School District in order for their Student to be considered a Homeschool Student in their State, and the PARENT is the responsible party for the state's requirements for a student to be homeschooled. Other than extenuating circumstances, a Student must be considered a Homeschool Student to participate in TWS’s OUR HOUSE Homeschool Program.

    1. OUR HOUSE PROGRAM CALENDAR 
    • The Our House Program operates Monday – Friday; there are no weekend lessons.
    • Once the program is underway, new Students may register at any time, provided space is available. The tuition is adjusted at the start of each trimester.

    1. The Virtually WHILDE PROGRAM CALENDAR
